We’ll dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. If it’s taking longer than 4 business days, we’ll reach out to let you know. 

Standard Shipping - $10 (or free on orders over $100)

Metropolitan - 3-7 business days

Regional 4-9 business days

Express Shipping - $15

Metropolitan - 1-3 business days

Regional - 3-5 business days 

• Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to extreme weather conditions, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond BUFF’s reasonable control.
• Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria
• Once your order is processed, we'll send you an email with your tracking information.
• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team (info@buffnailstudios.com) Monday to Friday 9am — 5pm AEST
• We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your BUFF purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

• For a Refund - the product returned must be in a new, unused and resaleable condition.
• For an Exchange or store credit - the product returned can be lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped.

To be able to return or exchange a product, you must provide a valid proof of purchase.
