Buff Nail Studios - Refer-a-Friend Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Buff Nail Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is offering a Refer-a-Friend promotion (“Promotion”), allowing existing customers (“Referrers”) to earn a 10% discount on their next visit when they refer a new customer (“Referee”) who completes an appointment with us. By participating in this Promotion, both the Referrer and Referee agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to existing Buff Nail Studios customers with an active online account.
  • Referees must be new customers who have never booked an appointment with Buff Nail Studios before.
  • Employees of Buff Nail Studios are not eligible to participate.

3. How the Promotion Works

  • The Referrer must share their unique referral link or code with the Referee.
  • The Referee must book and complete an appointment at Buff Nail Studios using the referral link or code.
  • Once the Referee’s appointment is successfully completed, a 10% discount will be credited to the Referrer’s online account for use on their next visit.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make; however, referral discounts cannot be combined or stacked on a single transaction.

4. Discount Redemption

  • The 10% discount will be automatically applied to the Referrer’s online account within 48 hours after the Referee’s completed appointment.
  • The discount is valid for one use only and must be applied to a single transaction.
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
  • The discount must be used within six (6) months of being credited; otherwise, it will expire.

5. General Terms

  • Buff Nail Studios reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and refuse the discount if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • If the Referee cancels or does not complete their appointment, the Referrer will not receive the discount.
  • Buff Nail Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Buff Nail Studios’ location.
